Suite à mon admission à cet événement sportif, je déclare
pour moi-même, mes héritiers, mes exécuteurs et mes
administrateurs, que je renonce à toutes poursuites contre
Universel Tae Kwon Do
KIXX, Pierre Scanzano et/ou ses représentants et associés;
et contre aucun des participants pour les dommages qui
pourraient me survenir, que ce soit causé par ma
participation et/ou présence à tout
événement. De plus, j'autorise les personnes et/ou
organismes associés à cet événement à utiliser les photos
et/ou vidéos me concernant et ce, sans frais, à des fins
publicitaires et/ou autres. Je déclare
être médicalement (physique et mental) autorisé à
compétitionner dans le cadre de cet événement et je
comprends qu'une preuve de mon âge (certificat de naissance)
peut m'être demandée pour me
permettre de participer au tournoi.
Regarding my registration to this athletic event, I
hereby declare that me/my administrators, or my heirs, will
not intend any civil or any kind of legal suit against
Universel Tae Kwon Do KIXX, Pierre Scanzano and/or any of
his subsidaries and associates; and against any participant
for any injury which may happen as a result of my attendance
and/or participation at the above specified event. I
authorize the use of my pictures, movies, media coverage,
etc. to be used by those associated with this event at any
time and will not ask compensation whatsoever for their use.
Additionnally, I am fully aware of my personal medical
condition and hereby certify that I am mentally and
physically fit to compete at this Martial-art tournament. I
understand that a proof of my age (birth certificate) can be
asked to participate at the KIXX tournament.
