Karate – like kickboxing – can be a fun hobby or a way to defend yourself in dangerous situations. Martial arts are well known for helping to stop bullying at school, for developing discipline and focus, or for reaching the highest levels of competition. Whether it’s karate, taekwondo, or kickboxing, Kixx Universel Tae Kwon Do has the program for you.
At Kixx Universel, a highly recognized school in Quebec, we offer a variety of martial arts classes:
Karate, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and Boxing.
We also teach armed kata, traditional kata, self-defence, point fighting, and continuous fighting.
We train students in all of these disciplines, and our courses are open to everyone.
In Karate and Taekwondo, we accept children starting at age 4. For Kickboxing classes, we accept children starting at age 6.
Learning a martial art helps develop discipline, promotes joint flexibility, and improves control of movements.
It strengthens focus, attention, and perseverance.
Moreover, martial arts require respect for rules and mastery of techniques.
Everyone can find what they’re looking for, according to their age and personality.
